The Cobetter Photopex series is a high-retention filter with a wide range of pore sizes from 1 nm equivalent to 5 μm, meeting the stringent cleanliness requirements of semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly in the lithography process. Due to this high cleanliness, it demonstrates excellent shedding performance, reducing extraction from the filter. Additionally, the membrane area can be selected according to the application.
